Transfer Procedure

Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information, including the transfer amount, bank account details, and valid legal documents. Supporting documents can be submitted via the TVC Exchange Form and you can connnect us from our chat-box or email.
TVC will inform customers of the transfer rate, transfer fee, total amount, and transfer details for confirmation.
TVC transfers funds to the receiver and provides receipts. The client is confirmed within 24 hours if no issues arise.

* Note: TVC is not responsible for receiver usage. Service payments are subject to tax. The estimated time of transfer is about 15 minutes or no more than 24 hours at the maximum except for issues by banks and other intermediaries. For more security, TVC strongly recommended the client to request for invoices and receipts and genuine legal documents under your name from the beneficiary account owner related to your transfer.
